Tom has resided in Seattle Washington for almost 50 years. He is a Co-Founder, Vice President and General Counsel for Zeolite Composites, where his focus is on strategic relationships including the implementation of that company’s use of zeolite as a SCM in low carbon concrete for data centers. Tom Gilman is the managing partner of Barrett & Gilman, a Seattle law firm. He has been a member of the Washington bar since 1978. He received his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and his law degree from Rutgers-Camden School of Law.

Dan is a Co-Founder and the President/CEO of Zeolite Composites. He received his degree in engineering from the University of Washington and has an MBA with an emphasis in international business and finance. Dan's diverse government and private industry experience ranges from U.S. national security/intelligence to new technology start-ups and charities/non-profits. His current focus is on climate/environment issues, low carbon concrete for data center construction, mineral mining/processing, and solar/renewable energy. Dan is also a Co-Founder and the Managing Partner at Seattle Wealth Management.

Ben is a graduate from the University of Washington with a Master's in Finance. He is a successful businessman and entrepreneur in Asia and possesses critical business and political relationships in Malaysia and other Asian countries that are important for the successful implementation of this project and the execution of the goals and objectives of StrategicREM, LLC. Ben serves as the local company representative and liaison in Malaysia.

Dr. Celestian is the curator of Mineral Sciences at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. He oversees the Gem & Mineral Hall at the museum and regularly develops mineral science exhibits. He was a Professor of Geology at Western Kentucky University, Director of the Advanced Materials Institute in Bowling Green, KY, affiliate scientist at the Kentucky NanoNet (a nanomaterials consortium). Currently, Dr. Celestian holds adjunct teaching and research faculty positions at the University of Southern California and holds several research positions for companies interested in ion-selective separation.

Dr. Arola provides the company leadership in key areas of science and technology. He also serves as a Professor of Material Science and Engineering (MSE) at the University of Washington and holds adjunct appointments in Mechanical Engineering, Restorative Dentistry and Oral Health Sciences. Prior to joining the faculty at Washington he was a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland. Through his academic appointments he brings nearly 30 years of research and development experience focused on advanced engineering and natural materials.

Brett is a resident of Kirkland, WA with more than 23 years of experience supporting the mining, infrastructure, transport, energy, and industrial sectors globally. Brett specializes in identifying and securing technical and operational expertise in mining operations, rare earth and mineral processing, engineering, and construction management. His experience spans both greenfield and brownfield developments, as well as major processing and industrial facilities. Brett has been at the forefront of developing and operating large-scale mining and mineral processing facilities.

Marcus is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle.  He is part of the low carbon cement and concrete research team at the University of Washington in Seattle (UW). Marcus will be collaborating with the REE material research and analysis teams at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles and at the UW to identify the presence of specific REE's and to quantify the concentrations of these elements.
